How is it possible that guests don't need to download the app?

Monoroll uses Apple App Clips. When guests scan the QR code, a lightweight version of the app opens instantly, no download or installation required. It looks and feels like the full app, but launches in seconds.

Do guests need to create an account?

No. Guests just enter a display name and they're in. No email, no password, no sign-up flow. Only the roll creator needs an account.

Yes, fully. Photos are saved locally on your device and upload automatically when you reconnect. No photos are ever lost, even in areas with no signal.

How does the develop timer work?

When you create a roll, you choose how long photos stay hidden after the roll ends, whether that's 1 hour, 1 day, or 1 week. Nobody sees anything until the timer runs out, then all photos are revealed at once.

Can I create multiple rolls at the same time?

Yes. You can have as many active rolls running simultaneously as you want. Each roll has its own QR code, members, and develop timer.

When the develop timer runs out, all photos are revealed to every member at once. You can then browse, save, or download the entire collection. The roll stays accessible until you choose to delete it.
